Bro at the counter was super nice. Said I didn't need to pay for my rotation since it would be super quick. He said he "likes helping out the community" when it's small easy things. Definitely nice when you're on a college budget. Will come back!

I wanted to give a shout out to one of the workers by the name of Al. I didn't have to get work done, but I had a jammed hood and my car is eating oil so I keep extra in my car at all times. Al immediately helped me get my hood open, helped me get the engine lid open and recommended using lubricant to get the hood latch to open. Once I topped off my oil and sprayed the latch down he came out again to make sure everything was closing and opening as it should. I appreciate the help and good employees deserve recognition. I'm very grateful for the help. Thank you, Al.

I did my homework on those findings and decided the transfer case should be replacement asap. So, l I also had that repaired within 2 days of the first services being completed. Thank you is in order. Starting from the top, the manager, oh the manager ,was top of the line. I requested his business card and I know his name to be Mr. Aljahoun, AKA, Mr. AL. This manager is professional, well versed in his craft and management style, his knowledge level is phenomenal, and he will assure your complaints are addressed and your car will be repaired correctly. I know I am very particular, do my homework as well, and I may be a handful to deal with when comes to my cars. He handled my requests and concerns. He assured me that he will always be honest, up front, keep me informed as my car is being serviced, quote me a fair price, etc. Mr. Al is the best. He is a keeper for thi
